OverDrive eBook Demos

Saturday, January 14th at 12:30; Thursday, January 19th at 2:00

This month we are holding two eBook demonstrations at the library. Whether you plan to read on your computer, smartphone, tablet or Kindle, we can help you get started with free eBooks and eAudiobooks from the library. Join our Reference Librarian Nicole at either workshop to learn the basics of using the OverDrive eBook website and app. She will show how to search for a book, place a hold, and download a book.

OverDrive recently updated their website and mobile app, so even if you have downloaded books in the past, feel free to stop by to learn about the new features. All experience levels are welcome at this demonstration.

If you have specific questions or need help setting up your device, there will be time after for individual help. We also have Device Drop-In times scheduled every Thursday from 3-4pm for any questions you may have about using technology.

This is not a hands on workshop, so a mobile device is not required for this demonstration.
