June's Meeting Room Artist

 "HOME FIELD" is a collection of recent works in pastel and acrylics by Cape Cod artist Phil Airoldi. Paintings depict the magic of Cape Cod as seen through the eyes of the artist. Phil continues his exploration of community in his representations of the Cape Cod Baseball League. Also included in this collection are works depicting the hidden Cape, intimate spaces that have a personal meaning for the artist.

Her most recent novel The Writing Circle received praise from authors like Anita Shreve, who called it "an amazingly clever novel with depth, drama, and warmth." Not only has the prolific author written a novel, but also she has published plays, short stories, children's books, and a memoir - all while teaching as a professor of English at Mount Holyoke College.
