HECH Drop in Info Sessions

Wednesday, April 9 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. and Thursday, April 17 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Has this winter been hard on your house? Have you lost shingles, has your roof leaked, have you had heat or hot water issues? Offered through the Town of Dennis, the Housing Rehab Program is a 15-year forgivable loan for up to $35,000 and is available to income-qualified applicants. Harwich Ecumenical Council for Housing (HECH) and the Community Development Partnership (CDP) deliver this program for the Town and are looking for homeowners who are in need of housing renovations. The target area for the program is Dennisport and Harwich Center, however, a portion of the funding is allocated to homeowners beyond the target area who are in dire need of emergency repairs.

Pre-applications with program information are available at the Dennis Council on Aging and the Dennis Public Library. For more details check out HECH's website - www.HECH.org, call 508-432-0015, or email pamela@hech.org.

Please stop by anytime during the two hour sessions to learn about the program and whether it is right for you.
