On Saturday, June 24, at 12:30, we will host a special screening of the documentary Sense the Wind: Blind sailors race across open water. The hour-long documentary will be followed by a discussion with NY based filmmaker, Christine Knowlton.


Six years in the making, Sense the Wind, follows the journey of four blind sailors as they train and compete in national and international regattas and navigate the rest of life. It has played at film festivals around the globe. Christine Knowlton was honored with a Humanitarian Award at the 2016 Socially Relevant Film Festival NY for this film.


Admission is free. All ages are welcome. The film will be shown with subtitles if desired.
