Library Updates

On January 20, 2020 the Dennis Public Library experienced water damage to its Circulation Desk and Back Office areas due to a leaking sprinkler pipe.

The Library will remain closed on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 to allow for clean up and repair of the affected areas. Additional closure time may be necessary to complete work. Stay tuned for further updates.

During this time period, the remaining four Dennis village libraries are fully operational and open to serve patrons. For information on these libraries, locations, and hours, please see the Town of Dennis website for the Departmental listing for Libraries at https://www.town.dennis.ma.us/libraries.

Coloring for the Soul - Adult Coloring at the Next Level

Thursday, July 28 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm

Come explore your creative side! Avis Kaeselau, who has taught at the Creative Arts Center in Chatham, will inspire the group to go on to the next levels of adult coloring with highlighting, embellishing, pointillism, and various other textures. Participants will also make practical and fanciful things with left over uncolored pages.
Bring pencils, markers, glitter, etc., along with double-faced or regular scotch tape, scissors, and all your coloring books - and some munchies - and have some fun! Please call the library at 508-760-6219 to register, as space is limited. Kits are available, if needed, for a $10 materials fee.
